When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they were certain they could not go back. Ashley Hudson was only 17 years old and hadn't ever had a relationship before, so they took the time to get acquainted. The two fell in love instantly. Andrew wanted to ask God one final item during New Year's Day just before 2016and that was when Ashley agreed to marry him. Ashley would like to create a rustic folk wedding theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. They incorporated a small amount of everything they love for the big day. Ashley's family owned 40 acres in the backyard. Ashley explored the area and was having fun with every way they walked to the field where they made vows. Andrew and Ashley were also walking around in this spot several times since they began dating. Being that the wedding was largely DIY, personalization was an integral part. Andrew's father and Ashley and Ashley designed the ceremony and seating arch. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley says that if Anna her florist from Magnolia Belle Floral had not done her amazing floral work for us, the wedding might not have had the amazing feeling that I had hoped it could. Truly incredible.
