She oversees all our practices in people, management of people along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in periods of fast development and change. She has been a key partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. Her extensive experience includes working with Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop leaders, with successful results, she helped foster corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote all of her energy and efforts to this charity. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organizations during her spare time. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
